Editor Nik Bäurle was born in San Francisco in 1977 and raised in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, spending his school years primarily in Spain and the US. After completing his studies in Radio-Television-Film at the University of Texas at Austin in 1999, he moved to Berlin, Germany, where he has lived and worked ever since. He has been a video editor for many projects and organizations, including among others, Deutsche Welle TV; commercial director Roman Kuhn; Bunte StarStyle TV; and Pro7 Galileo. In 2008 Nik Bäurle expaned his professional répertoire and began working also as freelance TV cameraman. Since then he has edited and filmed clips for ESPN Australia, AlJazeera, NewYorker, and IN Star & Style Magazine.
